Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens — things come up unexpectedly. To be fair to all guests, please review the following policies:

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your spot to another guest. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, which must be paid before booking your next visit.

Illness / COVID‑19
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to COVID‑19, please contact Aura Aesthetics right away to reschedule. The cancellation fee will be waived — I trust that guests will use this policy responsibly to help keep everyone healthy and safe.

No‑Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged. This helps me honor the time set aside exclusively for you and other guests on my schedule.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. Out of respect for everyone’s time, please plan accordingly.
